Overview:
The Soviet 18th Special Rifle Corps was steadily tightening the noose on the Hungarians and Germans defending the east bank of the Danube River in Pest. The Soviets had advanced west to Orczy Square and were preparing to continue their drive to the Danube bridges. Desperately short on infantry, the Hungarians dispatched the Budapest Police, which had been organized into makeshift infantry, to counterattack and push the Soviets out of the buildings surrounding Orczy Square. Supported by several Zrinyi assault guns, the Budapest Police Security Regiment launched their attack. . . . This is Schwerpunkt's first Axis Minors scenario designed to support Armies of Oblivion.Attacker: Hungarian (Elements 1st Budapest Police Security Regt. & 10th Assault Artillery Btn)
