Overview:
The battle of Cherbourg is coming to an end. East of Cherbourg, a handful German units are entrenched in the Osteck fortifications. To avoid heavy casualties, General Barton assigned a commando action supported by the 22th US Infantry Regiment to evaluate enemy forces. Entrenched in his bunker, Major Kuppers waited with anxiety.
