Overview:
The great city of Kiev had fallen after a week-long fight that saw the virtual destruction of the Soviet 26th Army, and mopping up the overall battlefield had just begun. As the panzer divisions advanced further eastward, they continued to run into effective Soviet units. Either because of orders to do so, or sheer stubbornness, these Soviet remained intent on fighting.Attacker: Russian (26th Army)
