Overview:
By the 9th of September, forward German units were already probing the outskirts of Warsaw. During the first week of the campaign the Polish 1st LTB had been sent to numerous areas to plug gaps in the Polish lines, and to disrupt German movements and supplies. In this capacity, the 1st LTB had been successful, also causing losses whenever they ran into Panzers. Now as Polish units fell back from the frontier, the 1st LTB was tasked with keeping corridors open for Polish units trying to fall back to Warsaw, before it was completely cut off. On the 9th of September, the 1st LTB was given such a task, when supported by the 13th Infantry Division, they moved to dislodge the German 1st Leichte out of Glowaczow.Attacker: Polish (13 Kresowa Dywizja Piechoty (Infantry Division) and 1 Batalion Czolgów Lekkich (LTB-Light Tank Battalion))
